Privacy Policy
PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
1.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the terms and purposes of processing the Personal Data of Users of the Website.
1.2. Each User, by using the website and submitting their Personal Data, agrees that this Data will be processed in accordance with the procedure specified in this Privacy Policy.
1.3. Copying any information contained in this Privacy Policy without the consent of the Website Data Controller is strictly prohibited.
CONCEPTS USED
2.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms to mean:
„Personal data” or „Data” is any information about the User whose identity has been determined or whose identity can be directly or indirectly determined (data subject).
„Data processing” means any operation or sequence of operations performed by automated or non-automated means with Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, such as Data collection, recording, sorting, systematization, storage, etc.
„Data controller” is UAB „Ryte ir vakere”, legal entity code 304409524, registered office at Uosių st. 32, LT-92353 Klaipėda, Republic of Lithuania.
„Website” is a website managed by the Data Controller, whose address is https://perks.lt.
„Privacy Policy” is this privacy policy, which provides the basic rules for the collection, accumulation, processing and storage of Personal Data of the Data Controller, applicable to Users when using the Website.
„Regulation” means the 2018 May 25 Regulation 2016/679, which entered into force in the European Union, on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC.
„Cookies” are small text documents with a unique identification number that are transferred from the website to the hard drive of the User’s computer, so that the Data Controller can distinguish the User’s computer and see its activities on the Internet.
„User” is a natural person who visited the Data Controller’s website and submitted his Personal Data there.
PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
3.1. In order to use the services, the user must provide his name, surname, e-mail address and, in certain cases, telephone number and address to the Data Controller.
3.2. Cookies about the User’s browsing on the Website are also collected. The user can withdraw his consent to the use of cookies at any time. The user can do this by changing their browser settings so that cookies are no longer stored. Instructions vary depending on the type of browser used by the User. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Personal data provided by users is processed for the following purposes:
4.1.1. For the purpose of providing services. The Data Controller collects the Users’ personal data in order to provide access to the perks discount platform.
4.1.2. For the purpose of providing services. For the fulfillment of orders of paraphernalia submitted through the platform.
4.1.3. For communication purposes. So that the Data Controller can contact and answer the questions or requests of the User.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Data Controller ensures that the Users’ Personal Data will not be sold, provided or otherwise transferred to third parties without a legal basis, as well as used for purposes other than those for which they were collected.
5.2. The Data Controller may transfer the User’s Personal Data to third parties, only:
5.2.1. in cases established by law and when it is necessary to implement the goals of this Privacy Policy;
5.2.2. if the User’s separate consent has been received for this Data Transfer;
5.2.3. when it is necessary for the Data Controller to fulfill the contract concluded with the User and provide services properly;
5.2.5. in other cases provided for in the Regulation and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
DATA STORAGE TERMS
6.1. The Data Controller stores the Users’ Personal Data for the period specified in the valid laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and in this Privacy Policy, but no longer than is necessary to achieve the Data Processing purposes of this Privacy Policy.
6.2. After the User submits a request to receive a personal offer or sends a personal message and submits his/her Personal Data, the Data Controller undertakes to store them for no longer than 3 (three) years from the User’s last contact with the Data Controller, unless the User’s separate consent to store the Data longer has been obtained.
- CONSUMER RIGHTS
7.1. On the website, Users have the following rights:
7.1.1. to know what and for what purpose Personal data is processed;
7.1.2. familiarize yourself with your Personal data and download them in an easy-to-read format to your computer;
7.1.3. to demand correction or addition of Personal data, if they are inaccurate or no longer relevant;
7.1.4. demand deletion of Personal Data (right to be forgotten);
7.1.5. require the Data Controller to limit the processing of the User’s Personal Data;
7.1.6. require the transfer of Data to another data controller;
7.1.7. submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding illegal processing of Personal Data or Data breach;
7.1.8. not to consent to the processing of Personal Data when these Data are processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes.
7.2. The User has the right to submit any requests or instructions related to the processing of the User’s Personal Data to the Data Controller in writing using the contact details specified in this Privacy Policy (by e-mail).
7.4. Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the data controller shall submit an answer and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them, stating the reasons for refusal, no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the request.
7.5. The Data Controller reserves the right not to satisfy the User’s requests, with the exception of requests for refusal to receive direct marketing offers and to apply to a non-judicial dispute resolution institution, when it is necessary to ensure: (i) the fulfillment of the legal obligations set for the Data Controller; (ii) public order or crime prevention; (iii) protecting the rights and freedoms of consumers or others; or (iv) in the case of other Article 23 of the Regulation. 1 d. for the specified cases. In any case, if the Data Controller refuses to fulfill the User’s requests, he clearly indicates the reasons for such refusal.
7.6. If the user notices illegal processing of his Data or if a dispute arises with the Data Controller, he has the right to apply at any time to the non-judicial dispute resolution institution in Lithuania – the State Data Protection Inspectorate, according to the procedure specified on its website.
